Our staff is highly experienced in immigration law and committed to maintaining the highest professional standards.

Dawn Welk Wise, Attorney

Dawn has a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. She has over 13 years of immigration law experience in both private law firm and governmental offices and has been with the firm for over six years. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and numerous other legal and professional organizations.

Alice Davis Irani (Retired), Attorney

Ms. Irani has a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School, a Masters' degree from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University. She brings to her practice over 26 years of experience in immigration and nationality law and continues to advise and support the firm.

Paula Mervyn, Paralegal

Paula received a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University's Paralegal program and has been working in the field of immigration law for 10 years.

Wendy Weisbarth, Paralegal

Wendy is a graduate of the Paralegal Studies program at Lansing Community College. She served as a Legal Advocate in Livingston County for eight years prior to pursuing her interest in immigration law. She has been extensively trained in immigration law and has two years of experience in the field.

Annette Kim Dentel, Office Manager

Annette has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning, both from the University of Michigan. Annette also has a Master’s degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Wayne State University.

Alicia Ernest, Administrative & Legal Assistant

Alicia has a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan and plans to attend law school within the next couple of years.
