Our staff is highly experienced in immigration law and committed to maintaining the highest professional standards.

Dawn Welk Wise, Attorney

Dawn has a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. She has over 15 years of immigration law experience in both private law firm and governmental offices and has been with the firm since 1998. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and numerous other legal and professional organizations.

Alice Davis Irani (Retired), Attorney

Ms. Irani founded the firm in 1978. She has a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School, a Masters' degree from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University. Although she is now retired, she continues to be associated with the firm.

Lisa Ward, Paralegal

Lisa graduated from the Janes Madison College at Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and History. Prior to joining our firm in 2006, she spent five years handling complex immigration issues as a Constituent Service Representative for U.S. Senator Carl Levin.

Annette Kim Dentel, Office Manager

Annette has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning, both from the University of Michigan. Annette also has a Master’s degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Wayne State University. She has been with our firm since 2002.

Alicia Ernest, Administrative & Legal Assistant

Alicia has a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan. Alicia has been with the firm since 2004.
